Booking Policy

4-hour minimum on all vehicles, clock starts at your scheduled pickup time
Full refund if you cancel more than 12 hours before your scheduled pickup
No refund if you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled pickup
Waiting beyond 15 minutes at pickup counts as billable time
Overtime is billed at the hourly rate in 1-hour increments
Early departure does not reduce the 4-hour minimum charge

A 25% deposit of $140 is required to confirm your booking. Your card will be saved securely for the remaining balance, which is charged after your ride is completed. You will receive a receipt for both transactions.
