Terms & Conditions | KS Lux Limo

By booking a ride with KS Lux Limo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation. These terms exist to protect both you and us, so every ride goes smoothly.

Our Service

KS Lux Limo provides premium chauffeured ground transportation throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and the state of California. Services include airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, special events, and California travel.

All rides are operated by a licensed, professional chauffeur. We hold TCP License #50619 and are fully insured.

Available 24/7. We operate around the clock to accommodate your schedule.

Pricing & Rates

$140 per hour applies to all vehicles
4-hour minimum on all bookings ($560 minimum total)
Final charges are based on actual hours of service, calculated from the agreed pickup time
Rates are subject to change. Quoted rates at the time of booking will be honored

Payment Policy

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Deposit A $140 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Card on File Your payment card is saved securely at booking. The remaining balance is charged to your card on file after your ride is completed.

Final Invoice The remaining balance is reviewed and charged by KS Lux Limo within 24 hours of ride completion. A receipt will be sent to your email automatically.

Authorization By completing your deposit, you authorize KS Lux Limo to charge your saved card for the remaining balance after your ride is completed.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if you cancel more than 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

No refund if you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled pickup time.

To cancel your booking, contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations must be confirmed by KS Lux Limo to be valid.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client fails to appear at the agreed pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice.

No-shows are treated as cancellations within 12 hours of pickup
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show

Client Conduct

We take pride in our vehicles and ask that all clients treat them with respect.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
Any damage to the vehicle caused by a client will be billed to the card on file
KS Lux Limo reserves the right to terminate a ride without refund if a client's behavior poses a safety risk

Liability

KS Lux Limo is fully licensed and insured. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle. If you believe you have left an item behind, contact us immediately and we will make every effort to return it.

Changes to These Terms

KS Lux Limo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted at ksluxlimo.com/terms. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
